Our cooking technique blends an array of Indian herbs and spices into traditional Chinese cuisine to create unique flavors to give you a distinctive dining experience, much like one that may be found at a dhaba, or a countryside restaurant in the subcontinent. Carefully selected ingredients prepared in your choice of Manchurian, Szechuan, Chili or Garlic sauce present ardent, and sometimes, fiery propositions. Our special Shahi Falooda Kulfi, a rich dessert prepared with kulfi ice cream dipped in rabri with rose syrup and vermicelli sprinkled with nuts, adds a royal touch to your visit.
